What is Boot Camp training? 

Get Fit NH Boot Camp with Cr8 Health & Fitness is a comprehensive four week outdoor program designed to help you reach your fitness goals in a fast, safe and effective manner. Boot Camp is an intense and fun way to get in the shape you always wanted!  

Each 4 week session includes:

What kind of exercise will I be doing?

Each day at Boot Camp brings a different workout, designed to train your whole body to function in the way it was intended. The human body performs a wide variety of movement activities, including walking, running, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, climbing and lunging. You can expect a wide variety of cardio, resistance, and flexibility training designed to train your body to perform at its best. You will be challenged, but never asked to do more than you can safely do. You may be surprised at what you are capable of doing! We all work together, and NOBODY gets left behind! 

Who comes to Get Fit NH Boot Camp? 

Boot Camp is designed for people who are committed to getting fit and healthy. In other words, people just like you! People who attend Boot Camp enjoy being in a fun, supportive environment, working together to reach their fitness goals. People who come to Boot Camp look forward to seeing each other and facing new challenges together.We encourage people of all ages*, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to come and be the best that they can be. Even if you regularly work out, we guarantee Boot Camp will challenge you in new ways, and help you achieve results beyond your regular routine. *Participants under 18 must have parental consent and a fitness evaluation to determine readiness.

Will I be sore?

Most people will experience soreness, especially in the first few days. This is normal as your body adapts to a new activity, and lets you know you’ve been doing something! Once you are used to exercising regularly, your soreness will decrease.

What kind of results can I expect? 

At the end of 4 weeks you will have increased your strength, boosted your energy, and increased your overall fitness. Your ability to handle stress and relax will increase, and your self-confidence will be through the roof! You will be well on your way to having the lean body you’ve always wanted. Remember, your results depend on your effort, so you need to show up every day and give 100% to your coach, your fellow campers, but most importantly, to yourself! 

What do I need to bring to camp? 

For clothing we recommend dressing in layers; even if it is a bit cold outside you will get warm quickly! Good running shoes are required. You will also need to bring enough water daily to keep yourself hydrated, as well as a yoga mat. Two other critical items are the desire to succeed and a positive attitude!  

When do we meet?

Boot Camp meets for four week sessions every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for one hour.  Boot Camp is an outdoor program, and you will be expected to show up on time every day, rain or shine. In the event of thunder or lightning we will make up that day at a later time. Please see the Registration Page for Dates & Times.  

Where does Get Fit NH Boot Camp meet ?

We are currently meeting at our home fitness studio at 167 New Orchard Rd in Epsom.

How much does Boot Camp cost? 

Each four week Boot Camp session has a registration fee of $224*. That’s sixteen hours of instruction for only $14.00 per training session. Personal trainers typically charge $40 to $150 per hour - Boot Camp is a great way to get professional and motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer - for just a fraction of the cost.

*Repeat Boot Campers: $185.00 

What do I do after Boot Camp? 

The last day of camp includes a fitness evaluation. You will re-tested and be able to see just how far you’ve come! Many Boot Campers return for a second or third camp. We offer a discounted rate for returning participants. Cr8 Health & Fitness also offers other training programs to assist you in maintaining your new found fitness.

Do you have a refund policy? 

We can only give you a credit toward another boot camp session if you are unable to attend or continue due to circumstances beyond your control. Any credit given is non-transferable to other services. There is no cash refund.
