DOes this mean classes are going to revolve around more Ab work?? Not that I mind… the 9am Ladies are scheduled for that ‘bikini-top’ walk out to the mailbox this summer! I may have to push my date out to the end of summer, cuz my Abs don’t look like that pic. Don’t get me wrong… I have those 6pack Abs already thanks to you two, now it’s up to me and my nutrition.
