If you are currently eating starches (grains, potatoes, etc.) in the morning and after training is optimal. If you have eliminated starches temporarily, you don&#039;t have to do anything different in this regard.

I think that is a good idea...log any changes you make so we can track the results over the next couple of weeks.

		<description>Just to be clear.  Are you saying I should eat carbs in the morning and after worining out or only if I am going to eat carbs that is when I should eat them?
